You may think you know the Rally but what you probably don’t know is the ambitious plans of Phil McCoy who “bought the company” he says. He also reported buying space at the Barstow, Florida airport and he plans to fully build the Rally and an all-metal model called the Century, both designed by Storm Aircraft in Italy. Both Rally and Century, currently approved as SLSA, will also be available as kits. Hear about all the plans.

The Storm Rally is the latest in state of the art Special Light Sport Aircraft design. The Rally is a result of many years of extensive research and development; carbon fiber and Kevlar are utilized in the construction of the Rally to create a lightweight and extremely strong airplane. Its composite structure is not subject to rot, rust or corrosion. This design increases performance and helps to reduce maintenance and repair costs. This SLSA aircraft has the largest overall cabin in its category/ class/set available on the market today.

The well designed and placed windows provide over 300 degrees of visibility for the pilot and passenger. Its unique gull type door design allows for easy entry and exit by pilots or passengers over 6’2 tall! These doors can be opened in flight at speeds of 60 knots or less for incredible photo and/or video taking opportunities.

The aircraft is forgiving, quick, responsive and precise to the pilot’s touch. The Rally SLSA has exceptional natural Short Take off and Landing (STOL) performance characteristics do to its extraordinary aerodynamic design and can be used for Visual Flight Rule (VFR) night flight and/or (IFR) Instrument Flight Rule flight operations (provided the individual aircraft is equipped with the required FAA-Federal Aviation Administration certified equipment for these operations).

This aircraft offers exceptional high-wing performance, pleasure, economy and safety to the sport pilot ... but also provides all other certificated airmen new opportunities for affordable personal aircraft ownership and air travel.

Get above the traffic jams and highway stress with an aircraft that will get you there and back for less than half the fuel and time that an automobile can!
